Accessibility

Our commitment

PowerUp for Notion targets WCAG 2.1 Level AA for the public website. We treat this as a direction of travel rather than a finished state.

What we do

  • Text and background colour combinations reviewed for a minimum 4.5:1 contrast ratio
  • Alternative text on all meaningful images
  • Labels on form controls for assistive technology
  • Links underlined within body text so they are distinguishable without relying on colour alone
  • Language attribute set on every page
  • Page titles that describe the current page

Where we fall short

  • Focus indicators may not be clearly visible on all interactive elements
  • Page layout may not reflow correctly at very narrow viewport widths (320 px)
  • Heading hierarchy does not always follow strict sequential order
  • Landmark regions are not comprehensively defined on every page
  • The signed-in application has received less accessibility testing than the public site
  • We have not commissioned an independent accessibility audit

Small team, open ears

We are a small team and we prioritise by impact. If something on this site is preventing you from doing what you need to do, please tell us — it moves up the list.
